Sub-par food. Totally undercooked hamburger that they wouldn't refund; they simply dissected the thing and tried to reheat it... Absolutely disgusting. Sandwiches were so-so, definitely overpriced, but fair for a touristy area. Pastry type items are good; only go to this place for that. They should stop serving food items they simply can't prepare.

Sin. The place is nice. Local located in one of the four most important streets of Borgomanero. You walk in and it's immediately a “disaster”. Cold environment: not a matter of taste, but rather the cold temperature. It was raining outside, and the temperature inside the room was colder than the outside. The guy (I assume he is the owner) was polite. We sit on a brown sofa, before sitting down we had to take some paper tissues and clean up the residual crumbs from other customers. The place was empty, so I assume it was time for cleaning and yet it was there. We looked around: dirt everywhere. Plastic cups on the floor. Used handkerchiefs on the tables. We stayed there for about an hour. None of the staff present made any sign to clean up, on the contrary, even though they passed us, they were indifferent to such filth. Not to mention the dust on the furniture, showcases and on the floor. A place - in my opinion - highly not recommended for those suffering from allergies due to dust. Non-existent cleaning (at least on that day, I hope). We ordered two chocolates with cream (in short: liquid milk with chocolate and whipped cream). The handle of my cup was broken, although clearly visible, but they served the "chocolate milk" inside anyway. Dear, needless to say. I think I will only return if management changes.

I took a packet of ladyfingers which was placed in a maxi white shopping bag... but this may also be acceptable, I wasn't supposed to give it as a gift.,. And thank goodness ! Hard and dry ladyfingers, not at all soft. Furthermore, if at the time of weighing you say '8 euros', it must be so. Don't then change to 8.10 'to be correct' as I heard when the lady at the counter saw that I was paying by card, unprofessional behavior and unacceptable quality/price ratio. The price would also have been adequate but for a good pastry product.
